3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed by phone, online, or via email.
- Prices quoted are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if incorrect or incomplete.
- Payment is required upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept most major debit/credit cards and bank transfers.
4. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our handling. Our vehicles are insured for public liability and goods in transit.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for recovery or transport.
- You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, modifications, or special instructions.
- We may refuse service if it endangers our staff or equipment.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, traffic delays, or mechanical breakdowns.
7. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the incident. We will investigate and aim to resolve your issue within 5 working days.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
